The villa has everything you need to provide the freedom and versatility you and your family want on your vacation, a world away from cramped hotel rooms.

Long Description
This villa is spacious, with 2100 sq ft of living space, it will sleep 10 comfortably; it has been professionally furnished and is well equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises a master bedroom suites with King size bed, a queen size bedroom with adjacent bathroom, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room with a Queen size sofa bed, a second Living room with queen size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and laundry room.!
which can be accessed via large patio doors. A ceiling fan is fitted to enhance the air conditioning. The furnishings include two 3 seater and a single chairs. The three seater sofa opens out to provide a queen size bed if required. Entertainment is well provided for with large cable TV, DVD Player, CD Player/ Radio.
The elegant living room is luxuriously furnished and is located at the front of the house there is a ceiling fan to complement the Air conditioning the furnishing include a three seater sofa which, folds down to another queen size bed a two seater sofa and an arm chair. Entertainment is well provided for with large cable TV, DVD Player and video. There is a small selection of films and audio CDs are available for your enjoyment as are a choice of games and books to keep children and adults fully amused. From May 2005 we plan on offering A Computer with free high speed Internet access. All phone calls to USA, Canada, U.K. & Western Europe are provided free of charge. The Dining Room provides facilities for more formal dining with a beautiful suite comprising Table and Dining Chairs. The Kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience including; large cooker with ceramic top, microwave, dishwasher, double sink including waste disposal unit with spray, and large fridge freezer which has automatic ice maker and chilled water supply. Normal kitchen appliances are provided including, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender/processor; indeed all your cooking and dining requirements are catered for. The Nook is an informal dining area. It is open plan with the family room and the kitchen. There is also a separate laundry with large capacity washer and dryer. In the laundry you will also find an Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Master Suite 1: This elegant luxury from the King Size Bed to the sumptuously appointed en-suite bathroom. This spacious bedroom will bring that little bit of romance to your vacation. Patio Doors lead you directly out on to the lanai and pool deck. Very tastefully decorated it is equipped with remote controlled Cable TV/ Radio digital alarm. There is also a large walk in wardrobe providing all the storage space you will need. A ceiling fan enhances the air conditioning. The En-Suite Bathroom comprises a large walk in shower, spacious bath, twin his and hers vanity units with large illuminated mirrors, a separate toilet, linen closet, bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled floor. It is also equipped with a hair dryer. All bed linen and towels there are some Beach towels provided for the pool area but we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels if you plan to visit the water parks or beach.
Queen room: Another spacious bedroom with Queen Size bed and. Beautifully decorated and well equipped with remote controlled Cable. Radio CD digital alarm and ceiling fan. Large walk in wardrobe provides all the storage space you will need. The adjacent bathroom suite comprises a shower over the bath with vanity units with large illuminated mirrors, toilet, and bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled floor. It is also equipped with a hair dryer.
Bedrooms Three and Four are twin bedded rooms and has the benefit of ceiling fans. Both have walk in wardrobes and are equipped with remote controlled Cable TVs. Bedroom 3 also has a Play station 2 with a selection of Games. The third bathroom has bath with shower over bath, toilet, and vanity unit and is equipped with a hair dryer
The fully screened Swimming pool is 26’ x 13’ and is set in extended decking. It is in the sunshine all day long and has underwater lighting for that refreshing late evening dip. Heating is available if required. A full set of luxuriously upholstered pool furniture is provided with comfy sun loungers, recliners and dining furniture. The pool is visible from the family room, and master bedrooms so mum and dad can easily keep their eyes on the kiddies, as an additional safeguard all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with a pool alarm. The covered, fan cooled Lanai gives you welcome shade on those hot days and provide the ideal location for those alfresco meals.
Tuscan ridge is a development on US27, this site was built by two builders and given two different names, the country side and the village at Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful development with a nice mix of residential and vacation homes that blend together well to form a really pleasant community. The community is bordered by orange groves and the whole ambience provides the ideal retreat to chill out after all of the day’s exertions, if you still have energy to expend, a private Tennis Court is available for the use of residents and visitors. Tuscan Ridge is well located on US Highway 27 some 5 minutes drive north from Junction 55 on interstate 4, that provides easy access to and from airports and the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. Close by to Tuscan ridge is a Publix supermarket, shops and several restaurants; it is just minutes from the bright lights of US192 with all of its attractions, shops and eating establishments. If golfing is your passion then there are 4 courses within 10 minutes, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.
