Long Description
Our Single Storey Pool/Spa Home is fully air-conditioned and superbly furnished throughout to the highest standard - comprising 2 Master Bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin size beds in each, sharing a third bathroom. Stunning family room, dining room and fitted kitchen with breakfast bar are open-plan and all lead out to pool area through triple alarmed sliding doors. The hallway, kitchen and family room have tiled floors. All the bedrooms are carpeted. Heated pool with unique coloured lighting is fully screened with established tropical landscaping and palm trees providing privacy. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults and 1 infant.

Sunset Lakes is a small, quiet, secure Gated Estate just 4 miles away from The Walt Disney World Resort in sunny Orlando, Florida. The house is situated behind Formosa Gardens Shopping Village on Highway 192, where you will find a Dentist, Walk-in Clinic, a variety of shops, 10 restaurants and a late-night Supermarket. A Sushi Bar and Internet Cafe has just opened, making this one of the best Shopping Villages!!
This Exclusive upscale estate has many features including 2 lakes where fishing is permitted, a gazebo, community pool with cabana and a children’s play area. The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife! Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity.
The Family Room has tiled floor and two sumptuous leather sofas, one converting to a Queen-size sleeper. The entertainment centre has Cable television, VHS, CD and Hi-fi and DVD. Tapes, films, games, books are also supplied for your use. The adjoining formal dining area has sliding doors leading to a covered lanai.
The Kitchen has breakfast bar with stools, and has every major appliance including a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, in fact everything to make your vacation stress-free! The separate laundry room houses washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are supplied. Sliding door to pool and Spa area is alarmed for safety.
The Superb Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, TV, VCR, phone and walk-in closet. Large sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, an oversized walk-in shower and separate Roman style oval tub.
Bedroom Two at the front of the house has uninterrupted views across the beautiful lake. It has a Queen-size bed, Cable TV, VCR, en-suite facilities with walk-in Shower, fitted closet, and drawers. The Third Bedroom has twin beds with a fitted closet, bedside unit with lamp, TV, PS2, and portable CD. Bedroom Four has twin beds, fitted closet and drawers unit, a TV with VHS. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom All Bathrooms have hairdryers.
Our Private Heated Pool is fully screened and has unique four-coloured underwater lighting making night swimming inviting! The new luxurious Health Spa with 22 Jets will certainly relax you after a hectic day at the Parks – a real treat for all the Family! Our extended corner Lot has established tropical landscaping and palm trees providing complete privacy. The covered lanai has overhead fan and comfortable patio furniture for Al Fresco dining. The Pool Deck has luxury loungers and is accessible by sliding doors from the Master Bedroom, Dining Room and Family Room. There is also a deck shower.
There is off-street parking and a Double Garage with electric door opener. We have added many complimentary items to our home, including a digital security Safe, Wireless High Speed Internet access, FREE telephone calls to 100 countries, to make it as comfortable as possible for you and us! Baby equipment includes a crib, playpen, bed rails, highchair and stroller for your use with no added charge. A BBQ Grill is also supplied for your careful use.
Our Home is fully licensed and meets all Florida Fire and Safety Regulations.

Pool heat and Hot Tub rental £100/$150 per week. We would recommend pool heat between the months of October /March inclusive.
Hot Tub rental only, should you not require pool heat, is £35/$45 per week.
Bookings of 4 nights or less are subject to an additional surcharge of £50/$75.
Non refundable Deposit is required, with Booking Form, of £100/ $175 per week final balance required 10 weeks before departure.
£200/$300 Returnable Security deposit applies.
All rates are per week and until confirmed are subject to change without notice. Additional nightly rates are pro-rata the weekly rate. Minimum rental period is 3 nights
Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or longer......... rates are negotiable at certain times of year - please enquire.
If you wish to make a reservation, please contact and confirm availability. Dates will be held for a period of seven days pending receipt of your deposit.
